Gregory M. Thomas

Managing Director

Twice named one of the Top 100 in Finance, Greg specializes in business development, structured finance, and LBOs and has worked on more than 200 M&A deal teams. He has over twenty-five years of experience in Asia, helping many U.S.-based firms expand and strengthen their presence across the region, achieving results such as reducing costs by more than 20% and increasing profits by millions of dollars.
 

Before joining 375 Park Associates, Greg was the Regional Director and Managing Partner of IMC International Asia-Pacific. At IMC, he worked on several LBO teams, led a joint venture with a New York-based hedge fund, and started a ship finance operation. He also spent four years as the Managing Director and President of Foundation Consulting, which was acquired by IMC in 2013.
 

He has held management roles at Fortune 500 companies and led high-growth business units with P&Ls exceeding $80 million. Greg previously served on the advisory council for CX@Rutgers, was a judge for the Annual M&A Advisor Awards, and acted as a director of the financial advisory practice for Mazars.
 

He has served on multiple boards and advisory councils, including as an advisor to Dreamr (Best Tech Startup 2020, New World Report) and as a mentor for the Draper Startup House Accelerator in Austin, TX. He is also a member of the Harvard Business Review and McKinsey Quarterly advisory councils and has been interviewed numerous times for television and podcasts.
 

Greg studied Organizational Communications, Learning, and Design at Ithaca College and holds a BSc in Communications from Almeda University and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University.
 

A reformed rugby player and an avid cyclist, he splits his time between the Connecticut Shore and Thailand.
